Good experience, would definitely recommend for diagnosis. Technician came out to diagnose an odd noise coming from my furnace. He found the problem right away and quoted me $1200 for parts and install. I understand markup, but that seemed a bit high so I found the parts myself online for $200 and will be completing the install myself. It would have taken me a week to figure out what the problem actually was, so it was totally worth the $89 for them to come out and diagnose the issue.
