Technician was knowledgeable, but forgetful. I had go back and replace things he had forgotten to fix. Costumer services were rude, but quick and efficient. Pricing is absolute rubish. Don't hire if you have any other option.

I hired them to do the semi annual maintenance on both of the units. During the maintenance they said I needed to replace the drip lines which I agreed to and they claimed they did the following day. I started having a problem with the water dripping out of one of the over flow pipes and they came out two more times totaling four visits to look at the problem. It was after the forth visit that they claimed they never did any work to the second unit and refused to fix the problem. They stated the unit was installed incorrectly so they can't work on it unless they installed it correctly. Of course that would include additional fees which they never provided. My issue with them is they charged me for work on both units but only did the work on one and in the course of doing that work they appear to have damaged the other unit. I state this only because no one else has been in the attic except their people and me. I did not see them damage anything but normally the drip pipes don't disconnect themselves. Be careful and if you use them be sure to get a full scope with exclusions before agreeing to any work.

We had an issue with timing but they kept their promise and didn't charge for the inspection

Garland was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and asneered all my questions. He is a very good listener and gave the best solution to our unbalanced airflow in our house. Another company wanted to charge me an expensive price which was unnecessary. As a result, I found the plumbing company for all service needs. I highly recommend them. The repairman that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the air conditioner working and recommended additional work that should be done on the air conditioner to make sure that it keeps working but could not do it because of the rain that day. Will use their services again.
