I actually would have expected them to be able to clear and fix the condenser drain. They did make good recommendations as to a path forward to repair and improve both AC units. This was the initial task we hired them for. Not a full service as I expected.

have residential unit but because we live in a park model home they will not service unit crazy!!!

Josh did a through job. I highly recommend them.

Technician was very knowledgeable. Was able to make a quick assessment of problem and offer two solutions to keep my unit operating until I could get quotes on a new system. He did confuse me a bit about how old Freon systems are phasing out of the market and may or may not be compatible with newer systems.

They totally screwed the job up. I had to get them to come back out and they recommended another costly repair. I called someone else to get the repair done properly. Although I didn't pay for the first repair because they were late and they advertise if not on time you don't pay a dime . The first time was done incorrectly and the unit was over charged with Freon causing it to shutdown on over pressure. So the sent out another tech and he wanted to vacuum the system and recharge it and that would have been 1600.00 to do so . the company icalled out just reduced how much Freon was in the system and it was corrected that way and now is working properly. I don't recommend this company for repairs.

The condenser pan in the attic overflowed. It destroyed my ceiling & wall. They answered my call immediately on Fri. after 5pm in Father's Day wkend. Jose had the ac fixed in about 30 min. I can't thank them enough. They were reasonably priced as well.
