Sakis is an outstanding tech. A very fine polite& courteous young man. He brought everything up to speed for winter service & alerted me to change the filter to a freeer flowing filter.

I don't see my previous review of one hour. The one I posted before talking about the names issue. I don't know if I dealt with one hour or A+. Which ever one it was they miss lead me about the cost of the job. The tech removed metal duct in part of the duct work and replaced it with flex duct. I'm concerned about animals tearing into it.

Excellent service! I have never received such a through and professional ac/heating servicing. The tech was very knowledgeable and did not rush the job. The service was outstanding, my furnice never looked so great.

Micheal was prompt and corteous, he did the work and was upfront with the pricing, im not so sure of the value for your money, pretty pricey just for replacing a broken condenser. Should have done it myself.

I have come to the conclusion that One Hour AC never acted in good faith. One time they broke the support of one of the units and told me that it's already broken. I had to get it fixed myself. I didn't realize until much later that their charges were much higher than others. The worst part was that I was their good customer for many years but when when it came time for their first payment under warranty, they made up reasons not to pay. Very disappointed.
