Came very late at night it was after 10pm . which made me feel uncomfortable since i called them at 2 pm. and he worked on the unit and it was 12am when he got through.

Leonard had good customer service and was very honest.He really tried to help me and took his time to figure out what the real issue was. I trust this company and they give you 1 year warranty on their repairs.Ask for him when you call.

We thought the price was very reasonable for replacing the capacitor and condenser. He also checked the system and freon. Sean was very respectful and explained things well. I am a Mechanical Engineer and Sean really knows his stuff, very detailed. Excellent work, came sooner than expected. We would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! Great job!

i called and they sent a tech out on a saturday. he quickly replaced a blower motor and the price was fair HOWEVER he did not check anything else. I even asked if they would come back Monday and woyld pay a service fee. No response. I had to hire a local and $680.00 to add 6 pounds of freon and leak stop. So, $480.00 $680.00 agreed the first bill would have cost more if the tech had actualy checked the freon and I woyld have been happy to pay that. I was informed by the next company that A.C. techs shoyld alwats check the freon. I dont have any ill feelings toward this company but really exspected a return call Monday or Tuesday at least. maybe they were just so busy I was accidentally overlooked.
