Not only did they diagnose the problem the solved it. Impressed on how thorough the technician was. I liked the open pricing policy, so there are no surprises. I actually learned something about ACs today.

First off, it took one hour about four hours to arrive. Second off, most companies do not charge both the service fee and the cost of doing the repair. Most companies will include the service fee to come out as part of the repair if you have them do the work. I paid one hour $338 for about 2 hours of work. The system needs a zone board which the tech did not have on the truck and said that that would be another $1060.

This company came out to see why my AC wasn t running. I was charged $250 for the tech to see that a wire was split outside. I was told I would need to spend an additional $1060 to get this fixed. I used another company and my AC is working perfectly for $250 total!

The service repairman was professional did his job accurately, answered all my questions.

They sent a tech late on a Sunday night - finished after midnight - to fix my AC that was leaking into the living room. (The primary and secondary drains were both clogged.) The price they charged was reasonable under the circumstances, and the tech was a pleasure to work with.

Very thorough and am pleased with the service. I will definitely use them again and would recommend this company to anyone. I wanted to find someone that I could trust to service my unit yearly.....have found them with this company.
