Ceaser was fantastic. Down to earth. Easy to approach. Friendly. Wanted to let me know about the system and maintenance tips. Very thorough in the installation of a new system. His partner was the same. Didnâ t get his name. They left it as if nobody even was there. Clean and meticulous of their job task.. Iâ d recommend theses two any day! Very happy. They were in and out in no time. Had the entire A/C unit and condenser I believe replaced. â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ Rating in my books!

Dustin came out and figured out the problem. He ran me through my options and got me set up. He was kind and professional. He didn’t push me which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend One Hour.

Mr. Dennis H came to our house to do our HVAC maintenance check & he is so efficient & did a good job in doing a whole maintenance check on our HVAC unit explaining everything to us in the way we can easily understand it & he patiently taught us on how to be able to take care of our unit to avoid problems & he let us feel confident that everything is working out well but he also informed us that we can always call the office if we need some assistance with our HVAC unit. He is so nice & very professional. We are really happy to have him check our HVAC. We will definitely ask for him again for our future services. And we will gladly refer him to friends & family. Great Job Mr Dennis!!! Thank you for all your help!
