Willy was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose and fix the problem in one visit. Very pleasant and respectful. Didn't mind my asking questions as he worked. Gave me costs along the way rather than getting a big surprise at final bill. I liked that very much.

Bryan was the technician that fixed my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything while he was working and gave me very good tips on how to keep my furnace working. Furnace worked just fine the rest of the season. In the spring, I called One Hour to service my air conditioner. Again, very good service.

Unprofessional installation. Ductwork was not connected properly. Blew dust inside the house aggravating my wife allergies. I crawled under the house and fixed it. Offered me no refund of any kind. Terrible experience. It was not a mistake it was a halfa$$ed job.
