    Dial one hour has never let me down as far as time it takes for emergent issues like the one I just had to be assessed: no heat in house. The service tech Jaydon Was at my house the morning after i reported my issue the previous late afternoon. The tech, Jaydon, had to replace Honeywell thermostat that was just over 2 yrs old. He was at my house At 830 am and finished job by 11am and heat is back ON. I really appreciated jaydon diagnosing my issue and repairing it so quickly!
