    Two weeks after heat pump install wasn t working. Came out right away and fixed small problem and checked everything out and topped off refrigerant. Works good now.

    In addition to thoroughly checking our system he took the time to ask about our smoke and Co2 detectors to make sure they were working. He also explained how the installation of our basement duct work in our recently built M.I. home is causing less efficient air flow. I am filing a claim from'repair' through my homeowner's warranty.     I replaced the air and furnace both, the two man crew was in and out in 6 hours. They left absolutely no mess! The salesman was very helpful and professional, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
