Dial One was great. Bob came out, measured and sized everything before going through our system options. Bob also went above and beyond to try to get us the best price on the system. When the installers came out they were on time and efficient, and even checked out our existing ductwork to make sure it was all ok before installing the new system. They were also on par price wise with the other estimates we received. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dial One again.

I don't normally like to give 5 star reviews, not because they're not possible, but because I feel like most people just spam the 5 star button and don't give reasonable explanations to fit the rating. In this case though it really was 5 star service. Nathaniel was our HVAC Technician and he did an excellent job explaining everything he was working through and looking at when diagnosing our central AC system and inspecting and cleaning the indoor and outdoor units. The appointment ended with my wife and I both very much more knowledgeable than we started out at, about both AC systems and the various parts and processes in general, and our own system's status (A lot of that information was not made very clear to us when we purchased the house a year ago). I now feel I have a good idea of how well our current system is performing and am better prepared to make the right decisions going forward about what parts may need replaced, when, for how much, etc. Not only was he very informative, but he obviously did good work on our system as it's running much more efficiently now that he's tuned it up and replaced a couple items that were in need of replacement. Overall, very helpful and very happy with the service Nathaniel provided. Will be using One Hour again come winter time for furnace checks.

They came the very next day. The coils in the Ac were frozen and therefore needed them to defrost prior to diagnosing the problem. They were able to come back that same day. That being said, IÂ’m not sure they fixed the problem.... we shall see.
