Chad gave me an estimate in moving the thermostat and cleaning the vents. He was knowledgeable and made me feel confident in his advice to 1. wait until all construction is done 2. move thermostat now before painting is complete.

Honest assessment to the problem, fixed it really quickly. Repairman also informed me of possible troubles down the road. I appreciated that he didn't lie and say it needed fixed now and charge me for things that may or may not happen.
