    Very informative, very quick to diagnose the problem and replace a defective capacitor which he had on the truck. Never acted like he was in a hurry, answered all the questions I had, and provided brochures with web sites so I could see the latest technology in filters. A treat to talk to.

    Service Tech. Darren H. came when he said he would. Extremely knowledgeable and did a very good job servicing our heating system. Offers suggestions of how I could do a better job keeping our system running optimally. We will ask specifically for him in the future. I highly recommend him.

    I became a victim of gross overpricing for installing a heating and cooling system. The proposal was prepared for a 2400sf ranch style home on a crawl space. The invoice did not give a discount but stated cost of $7251 (final cost)
