MidTown replaced all of our windows & two patio doors with Linsey products. Our utilities dropped while our resale value increased.

My overall experience with Midtown was great - from the time for consulting to the actual installment of their top-rated windows. The consultation with their window sales person, Nick Sachs, was professional and informative. He answered all of my questions and helped address all of my concerns. The communication and scheduling with the office was timely once I signed the agreement with them. The installers were very professional and did the job fast and thoroughly. I appreciate the open communication throughout the time I talked to Nick to the time the windows were fully installed. The quality of their windows is as promised. Now I wished I had my windows replaced much earlier! I'll definitely using them again for future home projects!

We used Midtown Home Improvements to install a new aluminum fence this year. Our amazing experience started with our sales rep (Zach Betzler) - he was at our house one evening for I'm sure longer than is typical for a first sales visit, but he was so friendly and enthusiastic...and apparently a Grateful Dead fan which made him and my husband instant friends. We were offered an incredible price and confirmed a deal. From there, the Midtown team engaged with us on their project portal and kept us up to date with a survey and plans/specs. We elected to have a flexible install, so scheduling was not a priority for us - I think that was a benefit for them? When they did come install, they dropped off the concrete in the driveway the day before and on the day of, they were here and done in less than a day. The fence looks incredible. Couldn't be happier - and it will last much longer than the original wood fence!

They came in and did all the measurements correctly and installers did a professional job. They had a couple little challenges. They overcame the challenge and move forward, it was no extra cost to us the homeowner. They did outstanding work.

Windows wasn't an option so I'm putting in the comments here that they replaced our windows. They were a tiny bit expensive, but the service was perfect, and the windows are airtight. They also keep out all the heat from the sun so I'm pretty satisfied. I would 100% recommend them. If the price is too much for you then you'll know ahead of time as they are very open with how much and how long it will take.
