Sales Representative was very knowledgeable about composite decking options and listened to our concerns about our old pvc deck to make sure we chose a product that would meet our needs. He helped us customize the railing and lighting and left lots of samples. The install team was very efficient, experienced, and thorough. They asked questions if anything wasn't clear and they cleaned up the work area well.

Midtown recently completed a large black aluminum fence project for us?over $20,000 in total?and we couldn?t be happier with the result. What really stood out was their consistent communication, professionalism, and precision craftsmanship. We got exactly what we were promised for what we spent, and the integrity shown by the entire team was unquestionable?from sales to the install crew and customer service. Nick, Jeanie, Brady, Stephan, and Jose with the install team were outstanding. You can truly tell your dollars are appreciated and respected by them. Midtown replaced the fascia and gutters on my house. The products were high quality, though there were a couple hiccups with installation, they were corrected quickly and without any pushback. It's not easy to find a company that responds with respect and is willing to take the time to meet to discuss the progress. I highly recommend them!

The experience was great! Midtown was very communicative throughout the entire process. From the beginning with the introduction of different options of windows and how energy efficiency of the windows worked compared to the single pane windows we had. Installation was quick and easy and very flexible. We can already tell a huge difference with the change of weather and helping maintain a loss of energy through the windows.

Recently had 2 sliding doors installed and couldn't be happier with them. The Midtown team was a pleasure to work with from sale to installation. The doors were custom fit, and had to be ordered. They kept me updated on the manufacturing status. The installation was quick and only took 3-4 hours. The installers were professional, answered all my questions and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. Really pleased with our Midtown Home Improvement experience!

When we had bought our 1996 built home in early 2024, we knew we were going to need a new deck. The original was hazardous and we weren’t able to utilize it - until now. Midtown showed up on our front door and while we didn’t anticipate getting a new deck just yet - saying yes now was one of the best decisions! Anthony did a great, thorough walkthrough of the whole process, which was very appreciative. We did decide to tear the original deck down ourselves - Midtown was in and out in just 2 days. It did take a week for them to pick up trash and extra material. We are so glad we decided to go with Midtown and to FINALLY be able to sit out in our backyard! :)
