These guys do a wonderful job. Could not be happier. Answered all my questions, so no surprises. Workers were on time and showed up every day unless raining or snowing. Not the cheapest outfit in town, but well worth the quality!

Roof was put on in November 2018, the weather was too cold but the company said they put roofs on at those temperatures all the time. Numerous calls to company to complain about buckling of shingles, only to be blocked by administrative secretary. More calls before the project manager got involved, almost a year later, roofing materials were found to be defective by shingle company. Over an additional month now and the company has not responded about replacing the defective roof. Midtown Home Improvements has not provided documentation of the Class 4 Impact Resistant shingle as agreed upon in our original contract.

The independent 3rd party contractor and the granite company were great. The Midtown rep. told us if we signed right now, as he was filling up a sudden opening in their production schedule we would get 8-12 weeks installation. 16 weeks and 5 days later.... I didn't like their business practices/sales pitch. I told the wife, before the salesman/project manager left that he was lying on his sudden opening in the production schedule and the fast turn around if we sign right then But the wife wanted Granite and believed this slickster.

Midtown replaced all of the soffits and fascia on my house. They did the entire job in one day, and it looks fantastic. Price wise, they’ll work with you a bit, and will keep you regularly posted on the project process before they actually come out to do the job.

I've had a couple of projects done with these guys. Both a heavy duty exterior door on a multi-family rental property and a roof replacement. They won't be the cheapest quote you get (and might even be the most expensive), but you do get what you pay for. They were very professional throughout the sales cycle, stayed in frequent contact regarding timelines and delivered very high quality work.

We are very happy with our new deck.It was well designed and they really knew their stuff with the precision that went into it. Would highly recommend them.

You better not need a single thing after you pay them for your fence. I called to talk about changing the gate size and I had questions about a very random email that did not sound anything like what I was promised when I purchased the fence, but no one will call me back I just get rude email about how they are very busy. Um I paid for a fence I havent had installed and just have a few questions.. looks like Ill be caning the check I wrote and my order because they do not care about the customers even slightly. This have been well over 72 hours of just wanting a call back not a rude email.
