They were awesome. The salesman was super knowledgeable and really helped us to feel good about the product we were buying. The installer, Kim, and his team were fast and super courteous. They took good care to make sure our house stayed clean. They installed one window at a time in an assembly line fashion and moved quick. All this being said, when the windows arrived they didn't have the correct number of pane lines (not sure what those are called) and so Kim and his crew installed what they could and promised to make it right. He did what he said! He followed up personally and did the work himself so that he could check every window himself. The attention he gave to our product and home is what makes them the company they are. The product is top quality! Our house feels solid, it's weird to say, but as soon as their windows started going in the house changed in feel from a house to a rock solid house. It took a little longer to get it all done than we would have preferred, but we have the best windows and our house looks amazing. We will definitely be calling them again.

Midtown walked me through each step in the process, had high quality materials and excellent installation. We are very, very pleased with the final product!

The work was done quickly. And my windows look great.

The deck looks great, it is well built and maintance free, I love the idea of that. These guys cleaned up after themselves daily and had attention to detail making sure they locked the second latch on my gate at the end of the day.

Midtown did an excellent job keeping me informed on the status of my door. On the day of install, the installer was professional, friendly, and very talented. I had a tricky odd sized jam, and he completely custom fit the door. I couldn't be more pleased with the finished result.

Wow! Dave did an amazing job on my kitchen. He was professional, courteous, and very clean throughout the reno. I was never left with a mess. The attention to detail was incredible! Seriously, even the screws on the outlet & switch covers were all turned to the same spot. I've been called O.C.D., I prefer the term perfectionist, but it's the little things I notice.

We have used Midtown before for other projects (Kitchen re-model) and their work was top grade and their service was very professional. We have now signed a contract with then to build a fence and their sales rep was very good and professional
