They also replaced our sliding glass door with a french door. The guys were fast and efficient, the door is stunning. The deck was torn down and a new composite deck put up. Tom worked alone and the project turned out absolutely beautiful. Tom was fantastic. On time, efficient and exact. I can't say enough good things about Tom. Thank you.

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He done an excellent job. We noticed a crack in the outside handle when the winter ice came. The came out just a couple of days after we informed them of it and replaced it. We would definitely use them again.

Had a Deck put on and kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door. Troy the deck guy was a perfectionist and a true professional. He did impeccable work. He answered any and all questions and worked around weather issues that arouse, etc. For a 1-man crew got the deck done way quicker than expected in just 8 full days. Door also got put in less than a day. The company over all was great and kept up with all communications weather via email or phone and along with follow up dealing with supply issues due to covid overall awesome staff. The crews also had to deal with other projects going on around them such as roof and siding at the same time. Everything went very well and could not be any happier. Totally recommend Midtown for any home improvement projects. Customer service never faltered here. Thank you Midtown!!!

Very friendly installation team!

My experience was very good. Installers were great. My only complaint is that I wanted to make sure I had electric and water faucet at back deck since I had on previous deck. Told both original guys who quoted and their supervisor who they said would be one to talk to. My bad for not getting quote in writing. Installers had nothing in their quote. I have electric because they needed for lighting on deck. They did bring the pipe for water under deck but no faucet. After the job completed I was given a quote for electric box and faucet. I love the deck and quality of product and workmanship.

It took a while to get the patio door in, all summer and early fall. When it was finally at the warehouse, no time was wasted to set up the appointment to get it installed. The crew arrived at the time scheduled. They were very polite, played with my 2 dogs and even asked if they could have my puppy. They got right to work on getting the old door out. Cleaned up both inside and out before installing the new door. All this time, my 6 month old puppy was watching everything that was going on. It took no time for the new door to be installed.
