We suffered hail damage to our house and decided to replace the damaged windows on the south side of our home. What a difference Midtown windows make! Custom made for our house and installed by skilled, thoughtful professionals, these windows are a definite upgrade. We recommend Midtown windows wholeheartedly!

Great final product. They were very communicative thru the whole process. Old deck was torn down & new deck built much more quickly than we anticipated. Everyone - from the salesman to the office coordinators to the work crew - answered all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about decks. We felt like we were in good hands thru the whole experience.

Would definitely recommend Midtown Home Improvements! They were very professional, efficient, and had great communication. Being honest, my husband is not one to spend money. I'm the fun one in our relationship, lol. He was a little hesitant, but after the finished product, he absolutely loves our new deck! He even complemented the quality while talking to a friend. Had a fence installed (if you see this as a deck project that is due to "fence" not being an option) Summary: Premium fence for premium price. You are given a message board through their website. Make sure you use it as we found the seller did not pass everything along and we had some miscommunications with others. The fence is great and the installation is great. The markup on the fence is high. Due to a situation there was question if 65 feet of fence would be ripped out. It ended up not being ripped out and apparently the markup price is so high the ripping up of 65 feet of fence and disposal didn't add anything to our price...

Cannot praise the construction crew enough. They showed up to work on time, cleaned up everyday, polite and courteous, and the work was meticulous. Front end of the experience was not as ugh pleasant trying to work through contract. But if you can get through that phase the project was worth it.
