Dave Rhoades was particularly great to work with and did an impeccable job from start to finish. We enjoyed having him in our home and appreciated how conscientious and detail oriented he was. He arrived on time everyday and always cleaned up after himself at the end of the day. We will definitely be looking to Midtown for any future home remodeling needs.

We are very pleased with the end product of a new bath/shower. Most individuatls we spoke to and encountered regarding the update were great. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between each individual in regards to the project as a whole. We were told it would be a one day job, possible one day and a couple hours on a second day. When the first day of work was completed, the INCREDIBLE installer was very confused as to why I would be told that inaccurate information. I was very impressed with the installer. In general we would have appreciated a bit more communication. Because of that and several other disappointments, we will not be using Midtown Home Improvement for our future projects.

Our old fence had to have been nearly 2 decades old, made of wood, and decaying. It also covered a wider area up on the side of the hill where our property is which didn't make cutting the grass easy. It was an embarrassing eyesore I hated for years because its sheer size made it impossible to keep up with staining it, and the boards were coming off of it the longer it stayed up. We brought the fence in closer by about 8 feet, so now our side yard is HUGE. We also had a custom double wide gate added for easier access for the riding mower and moving big items, like the sectional, in and out of the house when we someday move. Plus it's vinyl so maintenance will be so much easier. Midtown Home Improvements did an excellent job from start to finish and we will definitely hire them again!

The work was done quickly and professionally. i had the entire back yard fencing replaced, about 220 feet, they removed the old fence installed the new one and cleaned up the property all in one day. I would recommend Midtown Home Improvement to anyone needing home improvement work done
