At the beginning of the project, the installing was being performed by a professional installer that gave his 110% to do his work. It went down hill from here. Our deck is less then a year old. There was a plank that bowed up and it took them several weeks to respond. It was repaired, but began bowing about 3 months ago. The gate wouldn't work unless you lifted and pulled it to open or close it. They made a repair about a month to six weeks ago. We pointed out the plank to the rep. He said he would tell the office. The gate is not working again. Their marketing rep. called on August 5, 2017 to offer a discount on any new project. I told her that we would not be interested in a company that doesn't respond to service needs. She said she saw that we reported issues in our file and would tell the office. So far we haven't heard boo from them. As far as we are concerned this was a five figure investment in a cheaply made project.
Please call our service department Vicki at 636-379-8889. The products we use carry a lifetime warranty, and if you are experiencing any difficulties with these our service department will be more than happy to see what is going on with the gate again. I'm glad we were able to replace the bowed plank, and that it was under warranty.

I feel that the guys that were sent to do the job were very professional. They showed up early and worked hard, Were easy to talk too and answered every question we had. Completed the job ahead of time.

It took a little longer then we were told originally due to a mess up on the order, they forgot several times to order the back splash. But when they finally got there, the work was done quickly and looks beautiful.

My experience with the handyman service they were very good on an installation by the French doors very professional and whatever it took to get the job completed however long it took for willing to do itit was a little pricey but what I was expecting but overall the doors look very amazing thank you Home advisory I will hire this group again and tell my friends thanks Patrick W
