This has been a seemless process for us from the salesman who originally came to give us an estimate to the installers. We are very pleased with our new windows and with the service we received!

They came out and designed a completely new kitchen that works great in the space I have. There installer was fantastic, Randy is the Best- very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on home remodels and kitchens. The only thing that upsets me is that I have not seen or heard from the salesmen since I signed the contract. I have only dealt with the installer Randy and the Kitchen Project Manager Patrick. There are still a few problems that need to be worked out but for the most part I am very satisfied with the project

We never felt alone during the process of getting our fence installed. Other companies sell you their product and leave you to handle everything after they have sold you the product. Midtown, take a bow, youâ ve earned my trust.

Midtown was quick to respond to a request for an appointment. The salesperson they sent out was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. Scheduling was terrific providing updates as to when the order was received, processed, complete and ready for install. The install was amazing - longer than I expected but we had some huge windows replaced. They even hit a small snag and had the problem solved in minutes. Pretty great experience overall. Price is a little hard to swallow but we love the product and how it looks along with the efficiency. Would have been nice to have one final cleaning of the windows on the outside after the install to get rid of caulk/suction marks.

Installation could not have been done better. Felt we received very good quality product and working with Midtown was great. Second job they have done for us. Was pleased with the first job(deck) and more pleased with this one (Patio Doors). Would easily recommend them.

The man who performed the work had a tireless work ethic and worked from the time he arrived on the jobsite until the time he left. He had a clear idea of what he wanted to accomplish each day and did not leave until it was done. I found Midtown to be very reliable and honest and I would recommend them for all your home improvement needs.
