they are genuine down to earth company that strives to provide the best they can. They sent a very knowledgable tech to troubleshoot our problem. the problem was not a plumbing problem so the tech pointed out the real problem and didn't try to sell us any thing. It is so refreshing to see honest people doing business in our community!!

I had the best experience working with Crow's Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a water softener and filtration system for our home. Their office staff were so nice and helpful. Jacob was our plumber we worked with. In my first meeting with Jacob, he arrived at our home on time to inspect our plumbing system and listen to our needs and concerns about our water. As first-time homeowners my wife and I had many questions, and Jacob made sure all that all of our questions we had were answered while he was there. He took the time to walk us through the options that the he provides, carefully explaining to us the pros and cons of various treatment methods and helping us properly size the system that would serve us best based on our needs and budget. When we followed up with him days later with more questions, he was very prompt in following up with us and making sure we felt comfortable with the purchase we were considering, and that we were getting the best value. Jacob was also responsive to our installation needs, prioritizing our installation on short notice the same day we requested to accommodate our lack of availability during the week. The installation he performed was high quality, and again he took special care during install to teach us about the system. If you're looking for a quality professional plumber with outstanding service, go to Crow's and ask for Jacob. They made us feel like their #1 customers, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Jacob!

Arrived on-time. Recommended tank to fit the space. Explained what and how he was going to do the job. Installed in attic and removed old tank. I would use Crow's Plumbing again.
