Prompt, friendly, honest and fast. Scheduling was a breeze, the tech showed up quickly. He offered a range of quotes and was able to complete the job right away. Definitely will use again.

They were prompt in their reply and provided fast service. Their worker was polite and accurately diagnosed the issue and resolved it. It was a very bad weather day, but that did not deter the worker to complete the project. They also made a recommendation to replace our water softener system without any pressure.

They did not have a cap for the drain. Home Depot did not have a cap either. So I just have a water bottle on it for now. Other than this issue every thing was perfect and I would hire them again!

HIGHLY RECOMMENED! From the very 1st phone call from Karen, I could tell Crow's Plumbing was a top notch business. She is very personable and explained all the services they offer. Texts alert were sent and the Jacob the plumber arrived as scheduled. He drained our water heater, checked the water pressure t/o the house, & did some maintenance on our garden tub, We were also interested in placing a fire pit in the yard so he gave us a bid on running the gas line and was so very informative on the process with the city permits, what size fire pit we could use and also be able to use our bar b que pit at the same time. I will be using them for our air conditioning needs also.

Excellent commination from both dispatch and the plumber. Our garbage disposal cracked and was leaking. The replacement was completed quickly and they even fixed a small problem with water going back into our dishwasher where the hose wasn't placed properly under the sink by the guys that installed it from Home Depot. The cost was around $360 with me providing the new disposal.
