They gave me a quote to replace my toilets (I had two new ones waiting, ready to be installed) and after hearing their quote I requested a lower price and they agreed. Toilets were installed quickly with no fuss, work was first rate and I am very satisfied with the job they did.

This company excels in customer service. They answer the telephone with no prescreening selections required. They are very courteous and responsive, They notified me that they ran into a problem and could not come on the day scheduled, but waived a fee and rescheduled for the next day. The plumber arrived right on time to retrieve a toothbrush from a bathroom drain and replace the stopper mechanism. He also checked the water heater in the attic and lowered the temperature at our request. Being elderly and not able to do many tasks we really appreciate good service.
