The team came in. Took a look at my disposal, found the jammed soda pop tab, and removed it. They were in and out in less tha 30 minutes. Very courteous and friendly. Will use them again.

I went thru Angieâ s List and this company contacted me. I needed specific work. I was told by customer service when scheduling thee plumber would bring everything needed to fix the job the same day. The plumber showed up after delaying the arrival time and gave estimates, the said theyâ d be back first thing in the morning. I asked Paul if they did veteran discounts and he said yes we take care of our veterans, he even said the owner was a Marine, I was like me too, I also was in the Arny as well. So when the bill was due, turns out I did NOt get a discount at all and on top of that the stopped which Paul said he count out with a razer was left out of the sink. I text customer service to get Paul back out to the house and he tries and canâ t get the stopper back in the drain, he says I canâ t get it back in because itâ s rusted out, I did see rust, but my thought was but you said you had to cut it. I hoped to have a great experience but unfortunately, that wasnâ t the case.

Although the quote was higher than others that I received I still used them. $807 to run a snake and install a new toilet (I bought the toilet myself) was $300-400 higher than others. I needed the job done and went with their second option which was hand auger and install toilet $567. Justin was nice and explained everything.
