They removed gas piping and replaced valves in vanity fixtures.. They also gave me quotes for later remodeling tasks. They were friendly and did a great job in spite of the "monsoon" we had today.

Jacob was perfect! Professional and knowledgeable about our plumbing system. We had a water softener system installed by Jacob he was extremely helpful and informative about the entire process. He even waited for us when we were running late for our first appointment. Jacob and Crows was a great choice and we are extremely happy so far with the process. They made this install affordable and easy to get accomplished. I highly recommend Crows plumbing and Jacob to anyone needing a plumbing service in the North area. These guys are efficient and honest. They replaced our out dated water main which required removing part of the driveway. They were reasonably priced and doing the entire job was in the quoted cost of the project (e.g. pouring new concrete for the driveway). They were always on time. I can't recommend them enough.

Great communication and customer service. They were able to come out right away and took the time to walk us through various options, explaining in detail the costs and benefits for each. There was no pressure to pick the more expensive option which we really appreciated. Would recommend using this company.
