Very thourough

My technician Josh was great. He was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He fixed my plumbing leak issue promptly. Thank you. The only negative think I can say is that I think I was charged too much for the work that was done. That is a company issue that Josh probably had nothing to do with. I should've shopped around for different quotes on repair job needed. My bad.

Crow Plumbing, Heating and Air definitely deserves a 5 Star rating! My hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday morning. I turned the water supply off at the unit realizing this was an emergency. With no experience with hiring someone to replace it, I put a request in on Home Advisor. I received a call from Kay at Crow Plumbing. (Worth mentioning - I also spoke with Kay following the installation and she was just as friendly and shined as bright as Karen! Crow is very fortunate to have such wonderful staff!)She shined when it came to personality and really put me at ease. I am not exactly a lucky person, but I hit the jackpot when Gus arrived! He immediately made a great impression on me. Not just polite - he was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding, and explained what to expect. We sat down and discussed price, which was much less than the other companies that gave me quotes. Very reasonable and they could replace it the following day! Gus and Justin arrived at the promised time of 10AM on the dot! Immediately got to work. I was amazed how they worked together - like a well-oiled machine. They completed the installation in the time Gus told me it would take. I am a retired widow and over the past 5 years have been taken advantage of by other service companies. This was not the case with Crow! I highly recommend and trust Crow Plumbing and they will be my go-to plumbing company in the future!

Technician did a "side repair" at no extra cost.

The main water line to my house broke and was running water on to the ground at 8-10 gallons per minute. After I got the water turned off at the meter, I called Crow's Plumbing. I picked them from Angi's List based on the number of very positive reviews. Their man showed up as scheduled, reviewed with me the situation and possible solutions, gave me an estimate to repair the water line, contacted his office to determine if any discounts would be available (and there was), completed the work in a very professional and timely manner. Happy to have water in the house again!!!
