Jonathan who came to help with this project is a genuine, honest, intelligent, hard worker. My project was seamlessly completed and he provided me an honest estimates, with clear communication throughout each step of the process. There is no doubt that I will only be using Crow's plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

No Angi discount - Angi sent multiple emails offering 15% - 20% discount, but NONE OF THEM SAID IT WAS FOR CROW'S PLUMBING!!! None of the booking emails said they were for Crow's plumbing either. So as I said - even though it turned out Crow's DID contact me because of my Angi inquiry there was no Angi discount applied. And I didn't book through Angi because if I did, I wouldn't know who I'm booking with. Otherwise, Josh the plumber from Crow's did a good job and was easy to talk to, he explained what he was going to do and offered me options. So far the leaks on both sinks appear to have been properly repaired.

The technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. He made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. The office mangager went out of her way to make sure that I was able to get service the same day. Other companies could or would not accommodate .
