Local Plumbing LLC did a great job of communicating before, during and after the project was done. Their customer service rep was friendly and helpful. And their plumbing specialist Tory did a great job and was very helpful and explained things to me in terms I could understand. The only issue I have is with the HomeAdvisor home office who tried to cancel my appointment over the weekend because they couldn’t talk to me on the phone. Well I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize but Local Plumbing followed up the day of the appt and confirmed, putting my mind at rest. I will be using them again.

Curious and polite. Had to reschedule, finally show up and quoted him a very high. Charged me a lot of money for a 15 minutes job that it was a clogged only. I won't be hiring them again!

The plumbers arrived onsite at their scheduled time and even texted me to let me know they were on their way. The project was completed with no additional fees even though it took longer than expected due to excessively muddy ground conditions. Paul and his helper were very friendly and professional while providing great service.
