I had a troublesome plumbing problem and was extremely weary to do the fix myself because of the damage I would incur if something went wrong so I hesitantly reached out to Crow's Plumbing from Angi and I am very satisfied and appreciative of the great work they did. Paul and associate, I believe Josh, arrived promptly, performed professionally and efficiently and now my mind is at ease.

Had a shower leak to lower floor of unknown origin, they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Great customer service during scheduling, communication via dispatch and dispatched technician. Both arrived on time and very professional. Great work!

Both Karen, the customer rep, and Xavier, the plumber, were very polite and helpful. Xavier was conscientious of leaving my home the way he found it. He wore the footies that covered his shouts to protect my floors ( I didnâ t have to ask. He did it on his own). He removed and installed a bathroom faucet including a stopper. The area was so clean you couldnâ t tell he had been there. The price was in the upper range of the quotes I received, but for the job that was done, it was well worth it.

I canâ t overstate what a positive experience it was with Crow Plumbing from start to finish. Paul was simply awesome, in demeanor, customer service and knowledge. He quickly diagnosed the issues I was facing, and provided the solution in no time. He also recommended a company for the water damage that showed up while he fixed everything. Additionally Paul supplied tips for future maintenance to avoid issues like I had, and double checked his work. When it came to pricing he was extremely transparent, and I knew I got good value. Simply put Crow gets the job done and I canâ t speak for other techs but canâ t recommend Paul and Crow enough.
