I had a quote for $3,900 from one company and $5,900 for another. They wanted to dig under my house as they said there was a busted pipe somewhere. The tech from Crowe's came in and said he would like to drop a camera down in there and after he did that he said he wanted to lift the toilet and take a look that way. My total for all the repairs ended up being $520 so I didn't have to go into debt to get this fixed after all. I'm so happy I called these guys

I supplied my own 70.00 part (cartridge) and it still cost me 180.00 for less than 20 min work. Total 250.00. And yet I still do not believe I received quality workmanship. I also needed the shower spout/faucet replaced. That was going to be another 240.00. I went to Lowes, bought the part for 20.00, and installed it myself. It works great. Max time 17 mins. Are you kidding me!! They say plumbers make good money. I am all in for making money, but this is ripping people off. We as customers are asking for honest work, and fair pricing. Not abusing your skill to rip homeowners off.
