Iâ ll never use anyone else. They are great, from the person answering the phones and making appointments to the plumbers who do the job. Great customer service every step!

The plumber explained options and pricing well and began work on installing the water softener and reverse osmosis unit that day. He noticed the hot water circulating unit wasn’t working. It was replaced that day too; what a difference in getting hot water quickly! The plumber was courteous and answered all of our questions.

I called to make an appointment was given an orientation price of $99. But when the plumber showed up, he charged $251. (Had another one of their plumbers look at a broken water heater. His offer was for $2000 for **basic** replacement. Lived in Austin long enough to know that this is hugely over-priced (another local plumber charged $900 for the job). Never would recommend such a company, NEVER!

Luke was thorough and helpful with recommendations. Crow's will now handle all of my plumbing needs.

Jonathan quickly assessed the problem as a faulty pressure control valve. He gave me a number of repair options to consider and then made quick work of the project resolving the problem.

Paul Donaldson is knowledgeable, professional, patient and diligent. He quickly diagnosed the underground yard leak and took the time to explain how he arrived to his conclusion. In the process he demonstrated by testing different water line valve cut-offs why the issues was not inside the house. The problem was fixed the same day. I plan on working with Paul in the future on other projects.

Very responsive to coming out and explain what issue could be. Luke was very thorough in explaining issues and what needs to be done. Would highly recommend them to others.

I had an especially difficult drain clog that Josh worked very hard to clear. Others may had given up, but he stayed with it. He came in with a mask and cleaned up his work area.

Had an excellent experience with Crow's Plumbing from start to finish. The receptionists were friendly & personable, & scheduling was quick. My plumber, Gus, arrived on time & did a very thorough & comprehensive assessment of the plumbing in my entire home & provided me with estimates for each individual repair needed, as well as a couple of combo options. Given the scope of work I needed done, I received bids from 2 other companies that same day & neither one included some of the things Gus indicated were in need of attention (nor were the prices as reasonable). I'm very pleased with the work Gus did & impressed by how his skill & attention to detail. The job was finished exactly when he said it would be, which was a surprise since that has never been the experience I've had with plumbing companies in the past. I highly recommend Crow's Plumbing because my experience with them was such a positive one, & I will definitely call them again when another plumbing problem comes up in my home. 5 stars!!
