From start to finish the process was positive. James Taylor made a great introduction and he stayed in contact through the whole process making sure things were going as expected. He's remained available for questions after the install as well. Carlos and his install team were very professional - installation was fast and they cleaned up after themselves. We're excited about the X5 windows and have definitely noticed a difference in the climate and comfort of the house.

HCR really understands the words "Customer Service ". First person I spoke with was Jenny and right from the start I felt like I was working with the right company. She treated me the way I felt she would have wanted to be treated if our roles had been reversed. The Golden Rule. Her Manager Miguel was equally respectful of me and my needs and worked with me to provide the best deal he could. Installers were on time, efficient and answered all my questions. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I may go to them for my roofing job in the Spring as well.

Really hard working, polite, and accommodating crew. After they finished, you could not tell they had been here unless you looked up! All mess was carried away, to include "vacuuming" the grass for nails. Highly recommend this company and especially the crew
