Working with the homefix crew was easy and pleasant. The salesman was honest and did not pressure us into buying anything right away. Luckily we already had a few other quotes so he did his best to beat them all - and he did! I definitely recommend doing your research and getting quotes before choosing a vendor. Will use these guys again for our remaining 4 windows. Though they beat all of our existing offers, they still were not super cheap.

My name is Nancy and, as you can tell from the subject line, I am not a satisfied customer. The date of the contract, as well as the $1,588 deposit to HCR, is 5/18/2018. The contract includes language regarding an estimated start date of 4 to 6 weeks (see page one of signed contract) I have tried to contact Clay Anderson, salesman, on numerous occasions. He was more than happy to take my money over 3 months ago, but he has not returned my calls. On Monday, August 27th I finally made contact Andy who claimed to be the HCR Director of Siding. He informed me on Monday that the materials were âÂÂinâ and that he would be in contact in the next day or so to schedule the install. I have called him back three times this past week, leaving messages. He is also not responding to my calls. I highly suggest you NOT recommend this company it reflects poorly on Home Advisor as well

There was a couple of small problems. The first was when the driver delivered the dumpster and he was not very good at backing up and cut some ruts in the yard. When the roof was being installed I understood that a special starter strip was to be installed on all of the edges and and on the drip edge but as the shingles were being installed near the peak I see the installer using a shingle instead of the strip that they used on the lower edges. The roof has a warranty so if it causes problems they can come and fix it. They worked hard in 95 degree heat and it looks good so I am happy.

First of all I want to thanks HCR for prompt completion of the project. It is great to have a responsible company, like HCR, doing the job for you, and employing great people, like Michael Anthony a Vp, our senior consultant and advisor, Michael had been constantly in touch before, during, and after installation. He was checking all the time our level (mine and my wifeâs) complete satisfaction, and when we had a question about appearance of the roof in one place, the roofing people from the team were right there to address our concern. Great job! That was a reason we selected HCR. One day after long series of rains in our Germantown area my wife pointed to a large spot on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms and asked what we are going to do about it. It is always the touchy moment when something like this happens to retired people with the fixed income. The obvious answer was: roof has to be replaced, so I turned to Home Advisor. One of top recommended contractors was HCR. I scheduled an appointment and a consulting representative from HCR came to my hose very next day. It was Mr. Anthony Vp, a top rated senior advisor and consultant of HCR, who choose to meet with me personally to address my concerns and give me his expert advice on the best practices in the industry. I learned that Homefix Custom Remodeling company has very high ratings from different authorities in the roofing industry, and company's exceptional warranty they have on the job they perform. Golden Pledge warranty ! Warranty gives me a peace of mind, because you have to believe (you canât check it yourself) that everything done is reliable and will serve you for years to come that comes with a 40 point inspection from the manufacturer!! I would like to give my congratulations to HCR for the impressive job knowledge of its employees like Michael Anthony. I agreed to schedule installation by HCR in two weeks from the date (no earlier dates was available), but later in the day I got a call that HCR found the team available to do installation next day! So all process took only three day. Amazing! I also need to mention that Mr. Anthony found for me a financing option which resolved my hesitation related to money issue and really helped resolve my concerns. There was a mistake made by the local contractor during the job. I was immediately notified, the company took responsibility, and did all repairs with no extra cost to me. The final outcome was awesome.

Chris Dobbin consulted with me about new counter-tops. The presentation and display of the consultation was well put together and offered a lot of information as well as giving me confidence in the project itself. The price and financing were extremely favorable for this project, so I will definitely use them for future projects. On day of install, the contractors were in and out pretty quickly. No mess aside from some water leaking into the cabinet below the sink due to the dishwasher being accidentally bumped on. After install, Emma Murphy came by to inspect and consult about the install. She gave me great ideas going forward for back splashes as well as advice on remedies to some chipping/gaps that I noticed after the install. She informed me these damages were normal in an install. Overall was really satisfied with all aspects of this project. Will use in future and recommend to friends/family.
