I worked with Danilo to set everything up with HCR on pricing and materials. Danilo was very professional and easy to work with and all other communications with HCR were also professional. The quality of work was excellent and with two crews to make sure the job was done on schedule.

My first interaction with HCR was with Nabil. He's a wonderful advisor. After having other companies come out to give me estimates, I feel Nabil with HCR has incredible integrity and knowledge of the company & its products! No hard sell, no taking advantage because I'm a woman, no changing the price if I purchase on the spot. The workers showed up as scheduled. Respected my property and cleaned up everything, even what had gone into my neighbors yards. I can't say enough about this company and its people.

The experience I had with HCR was very satisfactory in every way. Starting with their representative, Kristina Kelly. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the business. Her calm demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions were very helpful. Her reassurance that Customer Satisfaction was their top priority was sincere and she has followed through by checking on the project each step of the way. The men who actually did the roof repair were equally professional and did a great job. They, too answered all my questions and cleaned the site thoroughly after they were done. Great job and I would recommend HCR to anyone needing work on their home.

Very professional - they stand by their product - all phone calls were returned within 24 hours. Extremely pleased with the project they did for me.

A little pricy,but explains&does what is needed..Cleanup all work,a little busy to get appt.

House looks incomplete and ridiculous. Workmanship is amateur and they have 5 days to fix it. Check back June 6th as this will be updated. I suggest you wait to start your project and see what I write here on the 6th. UPDATE 6/7/2019: It is the 7th and I have been told they will make it right by the 14th. Check back to see if things improved.

They installed windows, cleaned up and left. Just like they said they would.

I recently had 10 windows replaced by Homefix. The salesman, Mick Powers, was very professional and knowledgeable. From the sales meeting to the installation, they provided excellent customer service and professional installation. The installation was done in 4 hours including cleanup and hauling away the old windows. The windows are high quality and installation was 3 1/2 weeks sooner than expected. I highly recommend this company.

I had water leaking into my basement after a rain that came in around the base boards and basement door. Dorian Jackson came out and looked at the situation and convinced me that the source of my problem was the basement door needed to be replaced and that would resolve my problem. To make a long story short, it did not resolve my problem and the problem was a crack in the foundation which Aquaguard came out and fixed. When balance was due to Homefix Custom Remodeling it took 6 months to get in touch with a person by the name of Mark who was only interested in collecting the balance due. I explained to him that I was sold an item that I didn't need and wanted to work with him on a reduced balance such as paying for the sliding glass door and not be charged for the labor cost but Mark would not hear of it and wanted the full balance due, which I paid. I do not recommend Homefix to anyone as they only care about making a sale and when there is a problem they refuse to work with you. Double thumbs down for Homefix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
