Seems like good windows, had a heavy rain with wind recently and no water inside my home. So that is a plus.

I dont want to anything to happen to me. And Kenny he covered the paper and he lied to me constantly. He is a liar.

I'm pleased with the finished project, however there were some bumps along the way. Workers initially broke the incorrect window; they fixed the problem but my stress levels skyrocketed momentarily. They also initially installed an incorrect window; it was supposed to be etched glass but was clear. They did replace this promptly. Not to dissuade anyone, the finished product is good. The process was simply less than ideal. The value for our windows was very good. We also got a quote for a roof replacement and it was approximately double what we have quoted from others. Almost seems as if they charged extra once we had used them once, especially considering the year before we had gotten a quote from them for half the price as well. Anyone looking to use HCR should bare in mind their sales teams has a lot of leeway with pricing which means their products are on a large markup.

We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved.
