A bit pricey, but did a good job. Windows look great. Wish they had call me before they reframed two windows because reframing was $400 per window. Ask to see the damage before they reframe.

Homefix was great! They did all the work in a single day. Everything was clean and efficient. It was a custom made door because of odd measurements created by the previous builders. Homefix knew what to do without a hitch. The door looks great. The air flow is significantly better. The door is not leaking cold air like it used to. The workers were kind, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them!

My experience so far has been outstanding. On March 21, I went on Home Advisor looking for good roofers near me. I was given about five but only one contacted me and it was immediate. Jenny Bates called me and I explained my situation which was leaking roof. She set me up the same day with Michael Robinson for an estimate. He came that afternoon and was her almost four hours. He was so through and left no stone unturned. The price was more than I wats looking to spend but for what I was getting, worth it. As my Mom always said, you get what you paid for. I signed contract same day. I received numerous emails updating my status. I was contacted by Sara Scander, Roofing Install Manager, stating the materials were in and I was scheduled for April 1. They were aware I was having problems when it rained. The crew showed up before 8:00 and went to town. There were five working nonstop. They only stopped to eat lunch and that wasnâ t long. I have never seen anyone work that hard for that length of time. They completed in one day and they had their hands full. I had rotted boards that had to be cut and replaced. They were here until after dark. Before they got finished, Jim McMullin, Project Manager, came by to check on the job. He came in to let me know it would be finished the same day. He let me know if I had any problems or questions, just contact him. I have never had that many great people involved in keeping me informed. They are all OUTSTANDING. The roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Overall, a decent company and I am happy. What did not meet my expectations is that despite sending two guys out specifically to measure window openings, they still got two windows wrong, thus delaying completion by two weeks. Not a huge deal, except for the fact that I am selling this house so potential buyers are seeing an incomplete job.

the bid was 14800 then andrew collin gave me a different bid 13000 which I agreed to three weeks later they call me and tell me that the company would sue me for cost they lied and said they would do the job for the price I agreed to
