Communication was poor and price was pretty high. Also a bit of a high pressure sale as they expect you to sign with them when they give their estimate or you will end up paying a lot more. They do negotiate but we brought the down 33% and still probably paid too much. Then the crew showed up with no instructions and would have messed up the job if I wasn't home to stop them. I doubt I would consider them for any future work. Wish Home Advisor had better reviews on what to expect!

I signed the contract, paid a $1,000 deposit, and no one contacted me for 8 weeks - despite my calling multiple times and leaving messages. Because of the poor customer service, HomeFix gave me a $500 discount, but the project was way, way overpriced. The installers, while polite and efficient, played their radio so loud that I had to cancel work-related calls while they were there. The quality of the product seems to be fine, but overall the experience was terrible. I won't do business with Homefix again.

Be very careful with this company. If I had taken the time to check out other reviews, I would not have hired them. I had an issue where an item went missing after one of their subcontractors performed some work in our home. Homefix was very reluctant to reimburse us for the item even though we had just had the roof installed and signed off on thousands of dollars of financing. They offer a 50 year warranty but what good is the warranty if the company does not stand behind it, which I am convinced they would not do based on my dealing with them so far. I couldn't even get the salesperson, Lori to call us back when we left her emails and voice mails about the issue that we were having. Be ware.
We are very sorry that you are unable to locate your missing BB gun, but a thorough search proved that none of our crew members or their vehicles contained/possessed the item. We would never shy away from taking responsibility for any accidental damage or loss caused by our install or team. We stand by our commitment to serve you and your roof for the entirety of the warranty period. We wish only the best for all our customers, and will continue to work to achieve your satisfaction.

Expensive but it needed to get done. The crew is wonderful that installed the gutters. I didnÂ’t know they were coming because nobody called me and told me which is important and thatÂ’s why customer service was not the best.
I am very sorry that you were caught unaware with the scheduling. We make every attempt to inform the homeowners of the crew's arrival, but the nature of gutter install sometimes requires our team to pivot and change course due to weather. As this install is minimally impactful on homeowners and doesn't require admittance to the home, we can sometimes accelerate the installation process to provide you with services on minimal notice. We trust that the new gutter perform well, and we are happy to hear that you were pleased with the crew. They did a great job, the home looks great and they did it in a timely fashion and cleaned up all debris afterward.
