The work hasnâ  t been done yet, they are working on getting everything ready for the project, which will take place in a few weeks. Iâ m having all new windows installed..I canâ t wait for the finished results.

I did not receive what I paid for when the job was done. They do not communicate. But they sure do make sure they get paid. I had an issue with their work and was told they would not charge me the final draw until the issue was resolved. They charged me and the issue was never fixed. I will never hire them again.

We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! The price below includes guttering and fascia. Financing is available.

Excellent! They have highly professional, thorough, thoughtful, and personable representatives that explained everything in great detail. They’re easy to work with — great communication and very responsive. We never once felt pressured or pushed into the sale. Our project was a little higher cost than originally anticipated, but you are paying for the quality of product, work performed, and guarantee that it was done right the first time. They made financing easy as well. We will definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to working with them in the future.

Door model is not what was ordered, door quality poor and still doesn't close properly even after a return visit. Called sales rep who was useless in resolution.
