Homefix Custom Remodeling Review I would like to express my appreciation for a job well done by the HCR roof installation team. The roof installation team arrived on time, provided excellent service, completed the job in one day, and were very professional. Appreciation is also extended to Jim and Max for their professional help and excellent customer service. Because of their efforts, this huge job was completed smoothly and without any problems. Spectacular customer service and attention to detail from all team members. Sarah communicated with me on my preferred platform daily with all updates. All paperwork was handled digitally and super convenient. The roof crew got in on time and my roof was replaced within less than 4 full days. Clean up was great. The company gave me a great price on a premium product and had easy payment options to choose from. From the head guy on down, my experience was top notch.

Their salesperson put in our contract **no electrical work needed** so we assumed he knew what he was talking about, he should have said if there are electrical work /moving wires/ needed, you are responsible for it. That would not sound well when he is trying to make that sale. Another person comes to measure, we had to call to have them come out after we have not been contacted for a week. Then finally I get a call to schedule the install day and the guy tells me it will be completed in 2 hours. I know nothing about installing a sliding glass door but I was very shocked Soni double checked and he said yes, we will be in and out in 2 hours. Since I am working from home I scheduled 3 hours off. They were here all day!!!! And even then it was not completed. Of course, there were electrical wires, first, they told us we need to get an electrician, so we agree that it is their responsibility finally since they quoted us for a job. A few minutes later a guy knocks on my door and then proceeds to tell me we can just watch some YouTube videos and do it ourselves. I and my husband are ready to take on any project but we would never mess with electrical wiring in our house. Then I told him the other guy on the phone agreed to get an electrician so he left. Next week the electrician shows up and refuses to do what they asked him to do - put wiring on the outside under the siding to avoid cutting holes. He said it was dangerous and against code!!!! Then we had the guys there for 2 more days I believe fishing the walls and to this date, nobody got back with me on the terrible looking black nails that are sticking out both sides of our sliding glass door!!!!!

Overall- Good Quality - Excellent Installation & Professional I m writing my review 30 days after the installation of my windows. Excellent with the installation. Antonio and his crew were very professional and thoughtful. Antonio stated that he had 18 years of experience and it was evident. He doubled checked everything before starting- my windows, the new windows and measurements - 17 windows replaced. They worked quietly with minimal interruptions. They cleaned up very well-no mess left behind. I had gotten 2 estimates before choosing HomeFix. The price range was about the same. I was able to negotiate the price I wanted with much effort. Their product had a silver glaze in the windows that I liked. Mark and Max are salesmen. They used every technique to land the job. I insisted that I nor my neighbors should be hassle by their sale pitch bc they are seniors primarily. As of date, none has shared being hassled by HomeFix. My only concern is that my price went up slightly after installation, the windows were as quiet as I desired and the sealant took a long time to dry and i was left to put my shades back up bc of the drying time. Also, I have bars on the basement window in which Mark told me that they would remove and replace upon completion. Antonio did not have to remove the bars yet was able to install the windows. I hope that will not be an issue for me in the long term. Overall, I m enjoying the windows. They look great. I really like the silver glaze as it add a bit of a tent to the windows. Thank you.

These guys are the best. The roofing materials were second to none, the workmanship was stellar, and the job was done fast and ahead of schedule (and ahead of the rain!!). Also, the price was right. I would definitely recommend HCR to anyone. Oh, and their cleanup was second to none. I found only three nails and they were pretty well buried! And I almost forgot - they were able to color match to my old roof almost perfectly.

Quick and clean installation. Employees had answers for all of my questions. Great quality windows for an affordable price. We are very satisfied!

They did a great job with our roof, had it finished in one day, The communication with us could have been better. But overall they are super and definitely would recommend them.
