"Edwin and Hosea did an outstanding job. We had a very long list of projects and they were able to complete in one day. Everything from replacing two sections of screen on our screen porch, repairing the screen door, resetting an undermount sink, fixing cabinet doors that were out of alignment and hanging a new door knocker. I was very impressed with the quality of work and how Edwin was able to fix everything. I'm so happy with all the completed projects and will certainly call again."

"Rasca and his team met and exceeded out standards for a fence repair and sectional replacement this last November 2020. My HOA removed a large pin oak tree and stump, which required the removal of the corner of my fence. Rasca and his team were able to replace the removed section after extensive searching around the DMV. The team did a great job power washing the current fence, realigning the gate, and sealing/staining. Even though I had to travel, Rasca kept a great line of communication about the progress, challenges, and recommendations to fulfill my request. "Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)"
