From the time we first called until the job was done... everyone was helpful, friendly, professional, prompt and responsive. All the information, including prices, was accurate and clear. They gave plenty of documentation at every step and kept us informed at what was coming next. The tutorial at completion was helpful. Because we have elderly parents living in the house we appreciated their extra caution and courteousness to wear a mask and keep a distance between us. Oh, and we had a really old electrical panel that needed an upgrade. They were able to do that for us when they put in the transfer switch. Looking forward with peace of mind to this hurricane season.

New 16kw backup generator installed 04/23/2020. Stellar customer service!!! Today two technicians arrived at our home not long after I called relative to a possible LP gas leak. Once again they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took time carefully reviewing our newly installed 16kw backup generator and all connections leading thereto. They competed the repair, checked for leaks, ran the unit and cleaned up afterwards. When customers receive service like this, coupled with courteous professional and knowledgeable people, this company is 2nd to none.
