Ryne was my sales guy and he was great. The true proof of my satisfaction occurred just after the generator install. It was Thanksgiving and my wife prepared a large meal .... and wouldn't you know it, Boom, a 3 1/2 hour power failure occurred in the area and everybody was powerless in the area. As it occurred I looked up and 2 seconds after the flicker, our power was running strong and the meal was a huge success. Power went out on Christmas Eve and we never missed a beat! This was the best investment we ever made. The peace of mind having a backup generator system provides is truly immeasurable. And the process could not have been smoother. Each and every person whether office or field based was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Best purchase I've made. We did not have any outage due to hurricanes this year but we still had 3 power outages and my house was powered up, lights, A/C and even my pool pump! My Generac has run for over 8 hours this year due to power outages!

Simply a Class A company! From soup to nuts, these guys get the job done. On the day of installation a team of workers, to include a gas fitter, an electrician and other crew members showed up ready to work. Like a well oiled machine these guys went about their business and got the job done. At the end of the day the only thing left to do was city inspections. I'm very satisfied with Generx's performance.
