    I know that very high ratings are inherently suspect, but Generx really deserves this high praise. From beginning to end, they provided, not only a high quality product, but--perhaps--more importantly the very best installation service that I have ever seen (I'm 69 years old). I'm not kidding, from the evaluation, delivery, installation, inspection, and final testing, Generx set the highest possible mark in professionalism, courtesy, technical knowledge, flexibility, commitment, and tenacity. For example, about halfway through, a county inspector told me that I was the first subject of a new county ordinance. The result would be an enormous increase in cost and disruption of my home. Generx immediately stepped up and assured me that they would absorb the cost. Then they quickly and efficiently found an alternative that avoided the disruption and met the new county standard. All of this happened w/o an interruption in the important service that they provide to keep my family safe and secure. This company and its first-class team of electricians and technicians are simply the best.

    Generator runs fine, Air Conditioning units won't operate and nobody has an answer for why. Still trying to get an answer.
