I cannot even give them 1 star. WE were promised the world before and during installation, last June. Now in March, the generator failed during a power outage. Everyone else had power in 3 hrs, I did not for 2 days because of an issue with the generator. THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK TO ON THE PHONE. You must fill out a service ticket and they may come by in the next 3 days! Furthermore, they show up, ordered parts and never updated or told me anything. Almost a week later and no communication whatsoever. If we wanted emergency service it would cost almost $300.00 They dont belong to BBB. Stay away from this company and use a reputable installer. Please check all reviews before living thru my nightmare.

Lightning hit the generator in 2022 and it took about six months to get the new part. Unfortunately the replacement part had to come from China - a good reason to purchase equipment made in the U.S.A.

Very professional outfit. Installation is excellent and included a cleanup. The generator works perfectly and I have had absolutely no problems but enjoyed the peace of mind when it came on while the electricity was down. Iâ ve contacted the agent a year after the sale and installation and he was still able to help me with questions. Highly recommend this firm.

I asked the company to come to my house to do maintenance on my generator. Eduardo came, serviced the generator and answered all (and there were plenty) questions I had. He was very patient with me and now I now, how to actually handle the generator. He did a great job and was so very pleasant. I would and will absolutely recommend this company and will be calling them if I ever need help with my generator. Thank you so much!

Received bids from both Lowes & GenerX. The field engineer, Rob, from Generx was very knowledgeable & personable. He came up with a very good solution to our unusually shaped yard. The Lowes representative, while personable, didn't even realize that the location that they were suggesting the generator be installed on would have been against building codes in Hillsborough county. Both the team that ran the lines and the team that connected the gas & electric were really great. They cared about what they were doing and did a professional job. The generator was delivered, installed, and passed inspection in less than two weeks. It was a good experience for an expensive purchase.

Installed today. Impressive professional team, both at my home and in their office. They got the install done in four hours, including my tutorial. GenerX has some of the friendliest, most responsive people I've ever dealt with. I may never need a backup generator, but with all of the potential threats to our electrical grid, having it is a secure feeling and adds value to my home.
