The technician from Generx, Angel Martin-Bautista, arrived on time, correctly diagnosed my problem and saved me money. When he left, he left the area clean and my generator purring. I have used Generx before, and will continue to do so.

We were very impressed with the quality of service and the product that was provided by Generx, located in Oldsmar. We did have one hiccup whereby they recorded the charge on our credit at the same time we were refinancing - not their fault, but we had to jump through hoops to get it resolved. While the accounting department was not as helpful, the Sales Assistant by the name of Seven was right there every time we needed answers. Big shout out to him! The installation went off without a hitch, and the engineers/technicians did an awesome job - that included social distancing. Overall very, very good experience.
