Project: whole house stand by generator After researching and meeting with companies for this project we chosr GenerX and their staff across the board have gone above and beyond. Due to an unintentional event in our part we were going to either cancel and reschedule, which would have added cost for us or they would have to work some whirlwind magic and they DID! They came through! These people knew their stuff and each team member was personable, timely and efficient. They said they were going to do something and they did! Made the install process as painless as it could be considering the issues we brought to the table. Highly recommend.

It was very obvious through the install process that GenerX absolutely knows what they are doing. I got a few other quotes, one from an electrician. I am sure they could have connected the power, but these new generators are complex. They have Wifi connectivity, programming that needs to be done, additional boxes that shut off high power appliances like and ovens. In my opinion it was important to hire someone that specializes in generator service and install since these can be complex. My project required an entirely new circuit panel and meter, which GenerX handled flawlessly. I liked that there were in-house installation/project managers that would always answer my questions promptly. I like that the inventory parts for what they sell in case something goes wrong and you need a part in a hurry. I was very happy with the quality of their work, they were on time for every appointment, and they were very professional and friendly. I am a picky customer, and they made me happy! That is not easy to do.

Generx not only installed the generator and transfer switch but the buried 500-gallon propane tank as well. This was accomplished by various teams who exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by their sales person, Dave Dumphy, project manager, Cole Hoerner, and overall manager, Matt Russell. All the installation people on site were polite, professional, and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased.
