"Mikalai removed, replaced, caulked and painted some rotten wood siding on my home. I received and approved the estimate on a Friday and the work was completed in one day on the following Tuesday. The work is of the highest quality and the work site was cleaned up as if no one had been there. "Mike is a very straight shooter. He is personable and very skilled at his trade. He showed up on a Sunday just to look at the job and the job was completed 2 days later. As it goes in his business, sometimes more work is required than originally expected. This was the case on my job and he made more trips for stock and handled it with no delays or complaints, completing the work on the same original schedule he quoted up front. My experience with Mike was excellent, I am very satisfied with his experience and professionalism. I would not hesitate to hire Mike for any job in the future and his return to my home for more work has already been discussed. I am from the North East but have lived in Tampa Bay since 1991.
