I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Everything they promised they would do, they did, starting with the first appointment ending with the walk through. They are an all install generator company so I did not have to find my own electricians and gas installers nor did I have to submit my own permits or call for inspections. Everything was organized and completed in a timely, orderly, scheduled, professional manner by all the GenerX employees. I had questions and they were answered quickly, accurately and I understood the process of the installation though out the whole setup. I am so very pleased that I chose this company and have already referred them to several of my friends looking for a Generac. Thank you Team GenerX for making this experience so easy and for going above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time.

Initially I talked to the Generx office and I was sched for Thurs at 12:00. At 1:00 when no one showed, I called the tech, David, and he said it s not on his sched, it wasnt on anyone elses sched either. I called Generx and told them forget coming out, I m through with them. In the midst of me finding another company, David called and asked if he could come out in 20 mins. He came out and apologized for the companies mistake. He checked my generator, got me a new battery and gave me a real good price. If it werent for David being so nice, this company would have lost my business.

We normally schedule with two hour windows and not sure how we didn't inform you but we'll be sure to readdress that moving forward. So this was just a mess all the way around. We greatly appreciate you letting David still come out to get your generator back to working order that same day. Generx generators did a excellent job on my install, all the workers were knowledgeable and considerate. The 22K Generator has preformed exactly as they said it would. I am very satisfied with their work.
